They also advise the clients to deposit certain sum of money for Providing Booking. Anyone dealing With the said agency/ person Will be doing so at his / her own Risk , Cost And Consequences And We Will Not Be Held Responsible For Such Loss Or Damage Suffered Directly Or Indirectly.

Terms & Conditions

• 50% booking fee is needed to confirm the booking within 48 hours and is strictly non-refundable.
• Balance 50% amount to be paid at the time of check in.
• ID proof (passport, election card, driving license) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises.
• Check-in 2.00pm and Check-out 11.00am.
• Extra individuals will strictly NOT be allowed within the premises even for few minutes, the booking is only for the guests who have paid for the facilities and submitted their IDs upon check in.
• House keeping will be done after every 3 days.
• Refundable Security Deposit : Rs.10,000/-, incase missing / damage will be deducted from the same.
• No Smoking inside the villa/bedrooms. If found security deposit will be forfeited without discussion.
