Cancellation Policy |
We believes in helping our customers as far as possible,
and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy.
• If cancelled more that 30 days prior to check in: Full refund.
• If cancelled between 15 - 30 days prior to check in: 50%
retention (of the total billing amount).
• In the event of cancellation less than 15 days prior to
the check in or incase of no show, the client will be liable to
pay the entire invoice amount pertaining to the villa bookings as
retention charges.
• No cancellations / No refunds / Amendments will be entertained
for bookings from 22nd Dec to 4th Jan.
• Full payment has to be made for the dates from 22nd Dec.
to 4th Jan. for booking the villa.
• No cancellations will be allowed on bookings that have already
amended their booking dates once.
• Cancellation policy for special offers / promotions may
vary from the standard cancellation policy.
• Refund if any will be made after deducting any and all bank
/ credit card charges / fees.
