• Villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 persons comfortably.
• Any extra person will be provided mattress and the necessary linen ie. a bedsheet, towel, blanket and a pillow.
• Villa has a luxurious vitrified tiled floor throughout.
• 4 Bedrooms are fitted with AC, Double Bed.
• Hall is spacious fitted with AC
• Villa has Pool View.
• Television in the hall with dish Tv connection.
There are 3 bathrooms in the villa

• 3 Bedroom are pool facing.
• Only 2 bedrooms have attached bathrooms.
• The ground floor has a common bathroom.
• Bedroom has cupboards.
• Living Room with Sofa Set and Dining Table.
• Kitchenette with microwave, gas stove, fridge and the cutlery.

Terms & Conditions
• 50% booking fee is needed to confirm the booking.
• Balance 50% amount to be paid at the time of check in.
• ID proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory
on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested
to carry a xerox copy for the same.
• Check-in 2.00 pm and Check-out at 11.00 am.
• Extra individuals will strictly NOT be allowed within the premises
even for few minutes, the booking is only for the guests who have paid
for the facilities and submitted their IDs upon check in.
• House keeping will be done every day.
• Refundable Security Deposit : Rs.5,000/-, incase missing / damage
will be deducted from the same.
• Incase of Cancellation please check our Cancellation Policy
• If anything in the villa is damage/stained/broken clients will have
to pay for it. Please note upon check out we need the villa retuned
to us in the same condition it was given to you so we can provide the
same service for the next guest.
• If any linen/ towels are stained, we request the guest pay us the
full price of a new towel before checkout.
• Clients will be given a list containing the items in the villa with
the price on it. Please make sure you don't demage any items or you
will be charged.
• Clients are requested to switch off the all electrical gadgets before
moving out of villa, as if there is any eventuality or mishaps the client
is responsible for the same and has to bear the loss therefore request
you to put off the lights, ac, put off the gas before leaving.
